- Sponsor
The PrettyLitter® Adoption Fee Reimbursement Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pretty Litter, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
- Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the online entry form available at https://www.prettylitter.com/free-kittens, which requires submission of the following information:
- Entrant’s full name and contact information;
- Name of the animal shelter or rescue organization from which the cat is adopted;
- Date of adoption (which must fall within the Promotion Period); and
- Any other information reasonably required to administer the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person/household during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person or household will be void.
- Winner Selection and Odds
Up to five hundred (500) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 15, 2026 (the “Drawing Date”). Winners will be notified after the Drawing Date.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Prizes
Each verified winner will receive:
- Reimbursement of eligible cat adoption fees, up to Two Hundred Dollars ($200 USD), subject to verification and proof of payment; and
- One (1) free bag of PrettyLitter® cat litter, size and variety determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the PrettyLitter® product is $24.00. The maximum ARV per prize is $224.00.
No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- Prize Conditions and Verification
Reimbursement is limited to actual adoption fees paid by the winner for one (1) cat adopted from a legitimate animal shelter or rescue organization during the Promotion Period. Veterinary fees, transportation costs, donations, or other incidental expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
Potential winners must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and provide reasonable documentation (e.g., adoption receipt) verifying eligibility and adoption details within the time specified by Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
- Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 MISC where required by law.
- Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
- Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
